The management and staff of NCE are committed to providing a repair, installation and maintenance service that conforms to the highest levels of quality and reliability. It is NCE's intention that all work is completed to the client's total satisfaction within the budget and time constraints.
This commitment will be achieved by operating and maintaining a comprehensive Quality System based on meeting the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008 - covering all aspects of the company's operations, and BS EN ISO 14001- certified endorsement of NCE's Environmental Management System. The Quality System will be fully documented and regularly reviewed by company management and is regularly audited by an independent third party Organisation accredited to carry out this function. The operation of the Quality System is obligatory for all NCE activities and will be ensured by the performance of scheduled internal audits, management reviews and by analysis / evaluation of resulting reports with corrective actions defined. The aim of the Quality System is to provide an integrated service, which will enable NCE to follow a policy of "GET IT RIGHT FIRST TIME".
In keeping with this policy, the management of NCE is committed to ensuring that registration with a recognised assessment body is maintained.
