On-site maintenance is available for a variety of product including Tape Drives, Auto-Loader, Tape Libraries, Optical Libraries, RAID,SAN, NAS and UNIX servers where requested. We are always happy to sub-contract additional product support, and manage the supplier relationship, if preferable for our partner’s peace of mind.
Our in-house skill-sets and central R&D facility has allowed us to concentrate on simplifying process for acquiring quality spare parts, and applying firmware and configuration management so we can share our cost savings with Channel partners to enable them to pass these onto their customer base. Typically annual on-site prices can be between 20 & 50% less costly than any post warranty support contract. Although firm quotation can only be offered on a case by case basis, in line with the make, model, specification, quantity and geography of the Data Storage systems, our advanced and purpose built processes and stock-holding will save your customer money if you engage with NCE Europe.

Many years of accumulated market knowledge has refined our pricing matrix to allow assumptions to be made in order to get your quote turned around fast.
All assumptions are clearly listed on each quote, and our free on-site audit, at the initiation of any new contract engagement, will confirm that any anomalies are ironed out, and can lead to pricing going down as well as, occasionally, up.
