Our highly skilled team of engineers continually update and develope their expertise on hardware we support and maintain so that they are capable of working on a wide range of manufacturers systems, down to component level.

From our purpose built European service facility, NCE technical specialists repair, up-grade and explore hardware from the world leading manufacturers down to the less well known devices that have been designed and built for specific business verticals, like finance and retail. They work to identify generic similarities between different hardwares, and understand the operating systems/firmware types and installed levels, to allow NCE to find new and cost effective ways of supporting and maintaining each Data Storage system.

Our US office has worked the same technically focussed methodology for Data Centre Services since 1981. NCE Europe and NCE USA collaborate to apply best support practices. In the UK, all our engineers are UK based and often come to NCE from a manufacturer background, to be trained across our many hardware platforms in-house.

As part of every on-site support contract NCE’s engineers can deliver 1st line, 2nd line and 3rd line telephone support (as specified within the SLA’s contracted). We can also offer remote hardware monitoring to identify future capacity/performance issues before they arise, so that we can resolve/repair data bottle necks that can impair your customer’s business performance.

In-depth knowledge of multi-platform hardware allows NCE deeper insight about product performance histories and available manufacturer patches/fixes, that can enable us to talk your customer through to a software resolution when required, even though our remit is hardware break/fix services.

We look forward to helping your customers get the best possible performance from their existing Data Centre hardware, for as long as it is capable of delivering the functionality and scalability they require.
