Full tracking and fault analysis is available through our Online Service portal “NCE LIVE”, please ask your Customer Services Representative for your login today. All repairs are based on a £60.00 (+ return transport) evaluation, where our technicians will diagnose the fault and provide a detailed quotation. Once you have agreed the fee the unit will be repaired promptly and shipped back to you with a full 6 month RTB warranty.
