Position Title: Business Development Manager – Reports to Regional Sales Manager

Description: Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Generates new service contract leads and closed sales for assigned region
  • Responsible for BDM targets and expectations for region, as assigned
  • Works with Regional Sales Manager on larger contracts, as necessary
  • Continually and proactively contact existing customers to maintain existing business and develop
    other new areas of business interest.
  • Carry out sales and marketing campaigns, as directed, for region, to grow business.
  • Prepare activity reports for Regional Sales Manager
  • Maintains Sales Pipeline report on network weekly
  • Structure End-user Contract Sales, where applicable.

Responsibilities not only limited to the duties listed above. The daily responsibilities may change as
dictated by Regional Sales Manager, VP of Operations or NCE Management.

Scope of Responsibility
The Business Development Manager is responsible for the assigned targets and expectations, as assigned by
region.

The Business Development Manager is responsible, in conjuction with the Regional Sales Manager, to
exceed regional sales and expectations through new business.

The Business Development Manager is responsible in conjunction with the assigned RSM for providing an
quarterly marketing plan and providing regular updates, revisions and modifications to the plan.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the marketing
plan with all of the functional departments of the company, for their region.

The Business Development Manager, in coordination with the RSM and other Sales Team, establishes both
market and target customer strategies for the Company.

Communication:

Outside the location: Day to day contact with customers and potential customers.
Within the location: To all departments at all levels

Position:  Brand Marketing Manager


Responsibilities for this marketing role:

  • Research and analyze current brand and marketing efforts and expand efforts accordingly
  • Create and spearhead the implementation of an expanded marketing awareness plan nationally
  • Function as the centralized contact for all brand activities for the organization
  • Drive opportunities to increase revenue and decrease costs of marketing

Job Requirements:

  • Two to Three years of experience in marketing with at least two years experience in brand management, advertising or direct response marketing
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • Broad knowledge of marketing principles and the ability to develop and implement full-cycle branding plans
  • Experience in brand management covering nationwide territories  
  • Superior written and oral communication skills, along with successful project management experience

Hours:  M-F, 7am - 4pm; weekends may be required pending branding activities

Wage:  Salary + Benefits depending on Experience
