A vacancy has arisen for a 2nd Line Support Technician to join our busy Service Desk.
We are looking for somone with excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and a Team Player. A good technical knowledge within the Storage/System/Network areans is sought but full training will be given.
The role is to provide telephone triage and site support to NCE staff and customers, working to customer Service Level Agreements. Duties include updating the NCE Field Service Database with call status and information, ensuring all parties are informed, developing and extending technical and product knowledge and providing reports where required.
Full time permanent role.
Hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Holiday entitlement is 20 days paid holiday per year initially, incremented by 1 day after 5 years service up to a
maximum of 25 days. In addition you will be paid for Statutory Bank Holidays
