Based at our Calne office in our Repair Centre we are looking for 2 x enthusiastic individuals to join our Workshop Repair Team.
This role is to repair equipment to component level, liaise with customers regarding technical queries and to support technical staff with technical support. Ideally with knowledge of C++, visual Basic, Visual Basicdotnet, Data Storage and Component Level Repair.
Example of responsibilities but are not limited to:
Repair of equipment to component level, ie PCB’s, Motherboards, Controllers.
Test of units using test programmes and recording performance results
Replacement of parts and assemblies as required
Testing and calibration of units
Soldering techniques to the highest quality.
Support Technicians / Engineers and Repair Centre Supervisor and Manager.
Liaise with Customers, Technical Support and R&D
Core hours of work: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, 9am to 5:30pm with an hour for lunch.
20 days paid holiday per year, incrementing by 1 day after 5 years’ service, up to a maximum of 25 days. In addition, you will be paid for Statutory Bank Holidays.
