The journey to ISO 9001 is complete- now NCE USA achieves quality certification
 NCE Computer Group (USA), is pleased to announce its recognition for commitment to provide the highest levels of service quality and reliability, by it’s certification as an ISO 9001 organization.
‘The management and staff of NCE USA have always been committed to providing a repair, installation, and maintenance service that conforms to a level of service that’s second to none”. Says Pam Short, Quality Manager of NCE. “Ever since we achieved ISO 9001 status in the UK, it has been quintessential for NCE that the North American side of our Business follow suit, thus to match levels of service, and maintain company fortitude both sides of the water.’
The ISO quality management system is a comprehensive set of documented policies, procedures and processes that comprise management's commitment to product and service quality in all their activities. Quality must be built into a product or service by the use of a quality management system that assures all activities associated with product/ service quality are appropriately managed and controlled.
‘This recent certification for our US counterparts, only reinforces NCE as an industry leader in the field of service’. Pam continues ‘Now, our US customers can rest assure the operation of the Quality System is obligatory for all NCE activities. Such activities will be ensured by scheduled internal audits, management reviews and by evaluation of resulting reports with corrective actions defined. In keeping with this policy, NCE is committed to ensuring that registration with a recognized assessment body is maintained, and therefore our quality of service continues’.
