Terms and Conditions

1. The cost for the data recovery will be from £250.00, however we might also need to re-quote should we need to purchase a donor drive for parts/heads etc.

2. NCE Computer Group LTD accept no liability for any loss of data present on the media

3. All Media and hardware are to be shipped to NCE by the client. Please ensure you print and complete our shipping form and attach this securely to the packaging

4. After evaluation, NCE will advise on the time required to recover the data, and any details of the operation

5. The client will be informed of any results at the earliest opportunity.

6. In order to complete your evaluation, NCE engineers may need to open your hard disk, which. if applicable, may void your manufacturers waranty. By submitting this form, and sending your hard disk for recovery, you have given NCE consent to open your hard disk if necessary.
