Our FastTrack service is, for a small premium, a method whereby you can jump the queue and get your repair straight onto the technicians bench. Once you have let us know you wish to use the NCE FastTrack Service, our Customer Services team will provide you with the correct shipping label to enable us to track your repair through our Goods In department. FastTrack repairs usually take between 24 and 48 hours (not guaranteed) to complete, and are always treated with the utmost urgency.
If an expedited repair still isn’t sufficient, then there is another option - Advance-Exchange. The Advance-Exchange service allows you to receive a good working replacement item before you have to ship back the faulty product to us at NCE. The service is based on stock levels and pricing is linked to market value.
