NCE’s professional personnel are on hand to deliver reliable support 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our On-site Maintenance program provides a targeted response of 2 hours by our Customer Support Engineer, within 50 miles radius of a service center.

Dedicated, onsite personnel located at your site is a service also available- a service that has been utilized by a number of our larger customers.

Our on-site service engineers are trained in our workshops down to component level repair, where they solely support Data Centre products. This results in high level skill sets for fault diagnosis, meaning less downtime for you (or your customers). To help prevent time-consuming software/firmware conflicts, our on-site engineers are also trained on other system aspects.

NCE has one of the largest independent storage product workshops in Europe. In addition to our large stock of original manufacturers’ parts, NCE also owns a large population of working platforms which facilitates training of engineers, fault replication and module testing. For these reasons our workshops are of huge benefit to NCE’s Field Service Division and therefore to our customers.
