The Parts Supply Team at NCE specialises in the buying and selling of refurbished products and parts. These vary from tape, optical and hard drives, through to components for autoloaders, libraries, jukeboxes and RAID sub-systems. All of the products are fully processed through our internal workshops and Quality Assurance Department, prior to being supplied at a cost effective price. NCE offer same-day and next-day shipments, flexible warranties, the ability to build drives and load firmware to the customer’s specifications. Blind ship deliveries (guaranteeing confidentiality) and volume discounts are available.
If you need to get a part to site and don’t have the engineering resource available, NCE can even assign one of our own qualified field service technicians to install the part on your behalf. There are also a number of additional options available to assist you in managing your data storage inventory efficiently. If you want to take your inventory management one step further, NCE provide a profit share, asset recovery scheme called the PEP (Part Exchange Program), which enables you to recover costs of redundant or excess inventory.
NCE can also work with customers to help profile stock and offer buy-back schemes where customers can release old stock in exchange for more up to date models.
